MIKE MARZIALE
Mike has over 28 years of experience in the industry included operational experience in bleached board, coated fine papers, and specialty products. He has held roles as a Mill Manager for coated fine paper and General Manager of specialty paper operations and has served as an SVP of Strategy, Marketing, and General Management of a large coated paper producer. He a is a technology enthusiast and is currently counseling a number of technology startups. Mike has a PhD, MS, and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute.
ROBERT C. (BOB) BOSCHEE
Bob has over 30 years of pulp and paper experience including service as a Regional Vice President for a leading NA containerboard manufacturer, along with a long history of production management roles. He is a proven and innovative manager with a track record of achieving continuous improvement in organizations requiring significant change management. Bob is a highly effective evaluator of organization and individual strengths/weaknesses with strong mentoring skills for development of key leaders. He is an innovative thinker with demonstrated decision making skills to solve problems and generate results above expectations. He can assist organizations with strategic and financial planning. Bob holds an MBA (2007) from The University of Montana (4.0 grade point) with a focus on organizational leadership and strategic financial management, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University, with honors.
JACK A. HAMMOND
Jack has over 35 years of experience in bleached board manufacturing including Mill Management and culminating in a Division Management role. Jack is particularly focused on the development of disciplined manufacturing operations and operational excellence. He has a Chemical Engineering degree, Ohio State University; University of Virginia Colgate Darden Advanced Management Course; University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School, Advanced Management.
MICHAEL TODASCO
Mike has over 10 years of experience in the Pulp & Paper Industry, including senior roles in strategic planning and environmental sustainability. Mike has held leadership roles in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures totaling over $4B and expertise with multi-year scenario assessments. He is currently involved with entrepreneurial new ventures. Mike has an MBA with Highest Honors from the University of California – Berkeley and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois – Champaign.
ED WILSON
Ed has over 30 years experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry, including leadership roles in Finance, Human Resources and Labor Negotiations. He has developed and successfully negotiated labor strategies in both cooperative and hostile labor/management environments. His finance background and astute people skills make him a valuable asset in dealing with the dynamics that exist in a union environment. He has extensive experience negotiating with the United Steel Workers, Teamsters and Communications Workers of America.
JOHN MATHIS
John brings over 42 years in the paper industry with a focus on maximizing human capital. He John provides clients with training, development, and mentoring of their leaders and managers to create efficient, effective organizations capable of fully executing business strategies and objectives. John draws on his own experience in Foreman, Supervisor, and Manager-level positions, in addition to his organization development to assist management personnel in diagnosing the status of their organizations, developing and implementing improvement plans, measuring success, and making necessary and timely adjustments – all with a strong emphasis on accountability. John has successfully worked with first-line to senior management levels in mill, plant, division, and corporate environments.
RICHARD M. CROWDER
Human Resources Manager with over twenty years of experience in all Human Resources areas. Areas of particular expertise include labor relations, salary administration, benefits administration and negotiations, training, budget preparation, teamwork development and hiring processes that get the best people for the job.
LEO MULCAHY
Leo has 29 years of experience in the paper and plastics packaging industries. He has served as Vice President and General Manager of a large plastic packaging operation, Production Manager of a large integrated bleached board mill, and held responsibility for an extrusion and sheeting operations. Over his career, he has also led a wide range of other departments, including product development, technical, quality assurance, environmental and business development. Leo has Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.
PAUL LESLIE SMITH
Paul brings significant experience in global markets and cross functional leadership. He focuses primarily on global marketing and sales strategy. Paul has served as a VP and GM for a $145M global specialty paper business and member of North American business responsible for $1.6BN andin successive executive leadership positions in Europe, South Africa and the US, and Asia. with responsibilities for strategic planning, asset optimization, capacity planning, and asset purchases and divestitures. Paul has an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, South Africa; a Post Graduate Degree in Management Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa; and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
ROBERT (BOB) CRESCENZI
Bob is an industry recognized thought leader who utilizes strong technical knowledge and business acumen to link Lean Six Sigma (LSS) to business strategy and priorities. Bob’s deployments are recognized for their high levels of leadership and employee engagement; balance in meeting the needs of all stakeholders; and for producing outstanding results. Bob is a certified LSS Master Black Belt and is currently a member of the Operation Management Advisory Council for the University of Dayton and a founding member of the Conference Board’s Senior Executive Six Sigma Council. Bob is the President of Business Excellence Leaders, and has held roles in industry as VP-Lean Six Sigma, VP-Business Excellence, VP-Customer Satisfaction and Quality. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, attended the Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, and is a graduate of various General Electric Managerial and Engineering Development Programs.

Lisa has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy roles including director of finance and controller for business units, and strategy and planning manager for a $700M division. She is experienced in long range planning for top line growth, asset and product optimization and rationalization, and assessment of cost competitiveness.
MATT NIGHTINGALE
Matt has 25 years if experience in the industry and has served as in Senior marketing executive positions and as a business turn-around general manager for a number of North American paper and chemical producers. He is experienced in developing and implementing market driven profit growth across diverse business segments and assists with implementing rigorous strategic planning processes. Matt has a breadth of experience in creating and restructuring marketing, sales, strategic planning, and product development functions with breakthrough results. Matt holds an MS with Chemical Engineering concentration from the Institute of Paper Chemistry, M.S., and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, B.S. along with attending TExecutive Marketing at Northwestern’s Kellogg Business-to-Business Executive Marketing and Strategic Planning at University of Maryland.
OLLIE ZAD
Ollie has over 15 years of experience in the area of marketing and business development since starting his career in media at EJL Advertising in Los Angeles. After a transition to the paper industry, he has held various roles in channel sales, business development and affiliation strategy for several major North American and multi national manufacturers. He has achieved success by utilizing a consultative selling approach to create long term partnerships for the supplier. He has worked with many Global 500 companies including Apple, Nissan, Porsche, and Sony. Ollie received a BS in Business Administration from The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
