JAMES E.  CROSIER (Jim)

Jim has over 40 years of maintenance experience.  He is a certified maintenance journeyman and certified maintenance planner.  He has broad experience supervising maintenance employees and contractors and is a maintenance materials expert.  Jim is a qualified small steam turbine and electrical generator inspector.

Grady has over 40 years of experience and is a Boiler and Turbine Expert

BENJAMIN L. HICKS (Ben)

Ben has forty years experience in maintenance, construction and engineering management.  He has expertise in the inspection, construction and maintenance of power and recovery boilers, steam driven turbine generators and related equipment. He provides management of contract personnel, equipment installations and maintenance shutdown projects. He is experienced in the implementation and maintenance of computerized maintenance management systems.

THOMAS W. HOGAN

Tom has broad experience supporting client maintenance projects and outages as a planner, coordinator and supervisor.

RODNEY A. GIVENS

Rod is an experienced maintenance engineer with extensive expertise in PLCs and diagnostic software including Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Ormec, Eurotherm, WonderWare and Koepner Tregoe.  Rod has a BS in Electrical Engineering fromWest Virginia University Institute of Technology.

MARCUS WEIKLE (MARK)

Mark is a highly experienced electrical project engineer. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University and completed 30 semester hours for master of Engineering Administration at George Washington University. 

WALLACE F. WINEBRINER (Wally)

Wally has over forty five years experience in the paper industry, associated with maintenance, engineering and safety.  He provides facilitation for behavioral safety processes, and instruction, coaching and monitoring of line and supervisory personnel. He is an expert at developing safe work procedures for Process Safety Management as well as scheduling and conducting mechanical integrity inspections of PSM processes.  Wally also has broad experience as a member of mill expansion engineering teams including inspections of equipment (one half billion dollars) as it was being manufactured (ten countries and twenty three states) and during installation in the mill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

W. ROGER WOOD

Roger has over 30 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance, and utilities management in the pulp and paper industry. He has broad experience in corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance techniques and expertise in lubricates, lubrication methods, and oil sampling and testing. Roger is knowledgeable in environmental, health and safety issues in a manufacturing and process industries.  Roger provides consulting for maintenance audits, maintenance procedures, training, maintenance department structure and organization, maintenance planning, and support for major mill outages and rebuilds. He has served as Chairman of the Maintenance Committee of Northeast PIMA (Paper Industry Management Association) for several years. Roger holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.

RICHARD HOSTETTER

Journeyman electrician with twenty plus years of experience with PLCs and related equipment, AC-DC drives and is familiar with all aspects of electrical Maintenance.

MACK HUMPHRIES

Journey electrician for thirty-seven years. He was a lead electrician for ten of those years.

WAYLAND LAUDERMILK

Apprentice Millwright who is an expert in boiler repair, stream turbines and related equipment. Broad experience as a maintenance foreman and in maintenance planning.

CHRIS MEADOWS

Chris is am experienced maintenance engineer, coordinator and planner. He is familiar with SAP and Auto CAD. Chris has a B.S. Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Old Dominion University. 

FRANKLIN D. OWENS

Frank has vast experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Engineer and Planner. He recently consulted on a 33 million distribution center with responsibilities for all phases of the project. Frank is a Graduate of Tennessee Tech with a BSCE degree.

RAYMOND S. RODGERS

Ray has supervised operation of two paper machines as Production Engineer responsible for machine maintenance and improvement projects. and is an experienced project engineer. He is a Graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS ME degree and a MSME degree.

CARSON W. WHITE

Carson is a Construction Engineer with over forty years experience.  His expertise is in performing, inspecting, supervising, trouble shooting and mechanical projects.  He is also highly experienced with new installations and rebuilds.
